Nothing here should surprise you on the day you want to leave. That is the whole point of writing it this way.
These terms cover your use of odau.io and the Odau platform. Using either means you accept them. If you sign a separate written agreement with us, that one wins where the two disagree.
A one-time onboarding fee covers getting you live — connection setup, the walkthrough and our team’s time. After that it is a flat platform fee for your company size, billed monthly.
Unlimited seats and unlimited tools are included in every tier. We do not charge per user, per application or per record.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, with no notice period and no exit fee. You keep access to the end of the month you have paid for.
If you prepaid annually for the discount, you can still cancel at any time and we refund the unused months pro-rata, calculated at the monthly rate you would otherwise have paid.
You own everything you put into Odau and everything Odau derives from your systems. We hold it to run the service for you, nothing else.
You can export it at any time while your account is active. If you leave, ask and we will return it before deleting it.
We will not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use one customer’s data to benefit another. We will not use it to train models for third parties.
You are responsible for having the authority to connect the systems you connect. We take read-only, least-privilege access, and your administrator can revoke it at any time.
We work hard to keep Odau available and accurate, but no software is perfect. Odau surfaces information and context to help you make decisions — the decisions, and the responsibility for them, remain yours. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
We may suspend or end an account for non-payment or for use that is illegal or abusive. Outside those cases we will not terminate you without notice and a chance to sort it out.
If we change them materially we will tell you before the change takes effect. If you do not accept it, you can cancel — which, since there is no lock-in, you could do anyway.
